A few of my latest obsessions in the Beauty Department.
I can't get enough of my Beautycounter Body Lotion and Body Oil in Rosemary+Citrus. Oh my goodness, these are good. I mix a few drops of oil into the lotion and it gives the perfect glow while moisturizing with subtle hints of citrus. So yummy. The lotion is very lightweight which I love and not a cream. Perfect for hotter months. Loving the sheen this leaves on my legs and arms too. Just so good.
The new Laura Mercier under eye concealer and Smooth Finish foundation is to die for. This concealer is mega duty so a little goes a long way. I like to mix mine with eye cream to give the perfect brightening and moisturizing effect under my eye. It depuffs, debags and brightens all in one! The foundation is a new formula that is a super thin oil free liquid. It gives a flawless finish while remaining very lightweight and subtle. It does not look as though you have on foundation at all and truly leaves you looking airbrushed. I apply it with my hands and again use very little. Loving this as a step up from my regular day routine-The Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer-for a night out.
This Milani Luminoso Blush is like Whoa. If you ever read beauty blogs or google "milani luminoso" you will see the hype. Everyone is obsessed with this blush. It's the $8 drugstore version of Nars Orgasm and it's just as amazing. It gives you a very luminous finish, hence the name, and is a perfect budget friendly way to achieve a beautiful glow with a subtle hint of peachy pink color. I'm wearing this daily.
I picked up those pretty Pacifica nail polishes while at Earthfare the other day and am in LOVE. They are 100% Vegan and Natural which I can only think would be healthier for your nails. The pink is very close to my favorite Essie Fiji color while the top coat gives a matte finish. The matte finish is so cool looking if you haven't tried it yet plus I swear it made my polish stay nick free for a couple more days at least. Definitely going back to buy more colors. I think the topcoat is the game changer here.
Last but not least is the one and only Tom Ford Lip Color in Frolic
I tried this on months ago and instantly knew I had to have it. I couldn't randomly purchase a $50 dollar lipstick because that is just cray but I seriously dreamed about it. I waited and waited until my Revlon LipButter-$8 bucks from CVS-ran out and I literally went to CosBar that day and purchased my first ever item from Mr. Tom Ford himself and it's worth every penny. It's like putting on the creamiest chapstick ever with a hint of coral color. No need to use a mirror because it doesn't matter. It's that sheer. A must try if you love chapstick and not lipstick but want that hint of color. It tastes yummy too even though I'm sure we shouldn't be eating our lipstick:)
Custom Beau Vie clay heart made by my friend Courtney at Mosiac Interiors-these are customizable and make great gifts!
Beaucoup D'Amour,
Megan
