Week of Love in Review

This Week was Filled with Lots of Love...

So loved having this little cutie (My niece Louisa) and her momma (my sister Amy) in town over the weekend.  We enjoyed strolling and lunching at Rue De Jean..

Mommy Night out for dinner at The Grocery (their piggy plate and signature pickled martini is delish)…

We took the dogs to the park, stopped by Glazed for yummy gourmet donuts and toured The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island (A five diamond resort and home of the 2012 PGA championship) for some brunch and cocktails…

We also showed little Lou the Angel Oak (oldest living thing east of the Rockies) and treated her mom to her first Oyster Roast on Sullivan's Island.

I made a trip to CVS and picked up a few new products that I'm Loving…

This stuff is magical just like the name.  I bought light and put just a dab under each eye and it brightens and lightens everything up under there which I think makes your eye makeup stand out and look even better!  Awesome buy for $10.

Because I get shellac manicures every 3-4 weeks, I had to try this at home version that does not require a uv lamp..Amazing!!  All you do is apply a base coat and color coat 2 times and you have perfect gel hard nails for 2 weeks.  I'm not the best painter either especially using my left hand. I used the dark color Dhalia and it looks like I went to the nail salon. This is a must try if you are a shellac addict like me for only $12.

I use my Morrocan Oil Shampoo/Conditioner almost daily, however, I like to use a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove any oil buildup.  For under $4 this gets the job done and smells great!

I was showered with Love by my sweet Husband on V-Day…

He surprised me with Tulips and a sweet card, a steak dinner and tickets to see Wicked in Charleston in April.  How lucky am I?

I love my Skinceuticals

I needed to restock on my Blemish + Age Defense Serum.  Found it on Ebay for $40.  This is what I put on everyday in the AM under my makeup.  If I'm feeling dry, I'll put on an oil free moisturizer on top.  This keeps me blemish free (most of the time:).

I'm going to try the Retinol Night Cream which I also got on Ebay for $40.  I use retinol every night when I go to bed.  This helps to "shed" your skin and get it down to it's softest layer.  It also prevents wrinkles and breakouts.  Best decision I ever made for my face.

Love NOLA...

I'm booked for New Orleans during the second weekend of Jazzfest for my friend's Bachlorette party..so fun!  Can't wait to eat and drink in that crazy place.

Sorbet Love..

This Whole Fruit Black Cherry Sorbet I picked up from Publix is divine.  It is an amazing and healthy after dinner treat.

Must love TV this week…

We got in our Netflix Breaking Bad DVD, obsessed!  This show is so so good.

I'm a sucker for Gossip Girl on Monday Nights.

Loved the Grammys!  Especially Adele…

And Coldplay of Course…

I hope all of you had a LOVEly week as well…

Beaucoup D'Amour (or MUCH LOVE if you were wondering),
Megan
